✿ processing times

my processing time varies depending on traffic. the current processing time is 3-5 days.

✿ shipping costs and options

by default, my products are mailed using 'first class' shipping labels, which includes tracking.
i understand that the shipping cost may be high for orders that only contain stickers. i created the discount code 'stampsUS' to use for free shipping on sticker-only orders. using code 'stampsUS' means that your package will be mailed untracked with postage stamps.

Canadian buyers

i am not responsible for any delays or lost shipments if you choose to opt out of tracked shipping

✿ damaged/missing/incorrect items?

i am very sorry if any packages do not arrive intact. contact me within seven days of delivery with images depicting the damage, and i will make sure to get your order fixed as soon as possible. 

✿ returns or cancellations?

i currently do not accept returns or cancellations. all sales are final under the condition that no mistakes have been made on my end.
